Grace Initiative Project

Grace Initiative Project was founded in 2019 by owner, Shadonna Walker. This project stemmed from Shadonna wanting to eagerly help those that are homeless with their basic needs. During the cold winters it is evident that many people who are homeless lack shelter thus causing for them to go without many things we take for granted-- scarves or any material that is able to keep us warm.

Shadonna wants to eliminate this barrier by hand knitting scarves to fulfill this gap. The Grace Initiative Project will be an ongoing project which means that The Bomb Essentials, LLC will accept donations year round.

Shadonna Walker will begin hand knitting scarves as early as mid August until November. Thereafter, she and a team will personally distribute scarves to different partner agencies whose missions and values aligns with The Grace Initiative Project.

Donations will be accepted at checkout if you so desire; However, purchase is not required to donate; to donate without purchase select The Grace Initiative donate button and add to cart; you can adjust the quantity to increase to your desired amount. We will also accept yarn bundles (size 6):
